You have proved during sprints provides quality upfront using technical skills and appropriate open source and commercial automation tools.
Primary Responsibilities & Objectives:
As a QA Engineer she/he performs automation, functional, and application tests. Work with EPPS product team on service layer testing and data validation tests Create test scripts to validate the business processes and integration scenarios between Core Encompass, EPPS and TPO. Develop automated test scripts based on regression test scenarios. Reports significant defects and tracks all defects and project issues in a timely manner. Analyzes test results from a technical standpoint and ability to isolate defects. Work closely with the US QA team leads and report weekly test coverage progress.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or similar disciplines with emphasis on software engineering. 6 to 8 years of experience in a quality assurance team environment.
Experience with Automation test tools ? Selenium, SOAP UI and Jmeter
Working Knowledge of Agile Test Methodology is essential.
Have a proven track record of working on service layer testing and data validation testing
Ability to work with distributed teams.
Must be a responsive, flexible team player that is self-motivated, self-starting, and enthusiastic.
Must possess a willingness and aptitude to embrace new ideas and master concepts rapidly.
Spoken and written English skills with an ability to communicate ideas, problems and solutions effectively with QA team leads
Must possess programming skills ? VB script, Java script and knowledge of C# and .NET technologies
Strong oral and written communications skills; good presentation skills.
