Responsibilities:Analyze software product requirements specifications and functional specifications;
Prepare a detailed functional test specification to be executed by the QA department;
Assist with setting directions and work with other project QA engineers;
Employ automation to reduce testing cycles on repeated tasks using Selenium, SoapUI, etc.
Interact with Java and Linux Server software developers to tune code and track all problem reports to closure;
Performance test for web application server using test tools like Jmeter.
Qualifications:
Required Skills:
Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, and 3 to 5years of experience in the job offered or as software engineer required.
Practical knowledge of scripting languages (at least one from Javascript, TCL, Perl, Python)
Desired Skills:
Experience testing mobile devices, mobile operating systems, or mobile applications
Experience MS Exchange, AD/LDAP a big plus
Experience and knowledge in IP routing protocols networking: OSPF, BGP, IPv4, IPv6, VPN, TCP, UDP, Firewall, NAT, IDS/IPS, SNMP a big plus
