The Department
The Enterprise Information Systems team is a small group of overachievers servicing a large company of rocket scientists. Both the team and company have a startup vibe to them. We pride ourselves on rising to the many challenges and executing flawlessly. We invest in the latest testing innovations, and focus heavily on automation. Responsibilities:
- Design and implement automated test strategies
- Design, implement and maintain automated tests and infrastructure
- Be a key contributor to solving unique issues of quality assurance
- A go-to expert for all things related to automated tests
- Conduct design and code reviews with developers
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of the software development life cycle and quality assurance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, enjoys challenges, excellent team work
- Can work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- 5+ years programming in C# or Java
- 5+ years writing automated tests (unit, integration and UI)
- Intermediate+ ability to read and write T-SQL
- Intermediate+ understanding of HTTP, HTML, Javascript, XML and the interwebs
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ASP.NET Webforms and MVC, Entity Framework, MSSQL
- Experience with WatiN/Selenium, Visual Studio, TFS
- Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
- Experience working with ERP or manufacturing systems
- BS in Computer Science or related degree
- A great sense of humor
