Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Account Executive. The successful candidate must be an aggressive self-starter with the ability to build executive relationships, leverage existing customer relationships and someone who is capable of creating demand and closing sales. Specific Qualifications and Responsibilities include:
Software sales experience is REQUIRED
Bachelor?s Degree in a technical or business field of study
Technical acumen with the ability to present and sell technology products in a business context
Ability to establish client relationships and network within organizations
Comfortable selling in a team environment and the ability to coordinate activity with multiple company
Ability to qualify opportunities and assess prospect value
Ability to forecast sales opportunities
Consistent top performer
Strong presentation, management, and negotiation skills
Process-oriented, strategic approach to selling with a track record of qualifying and closing complex sales transactions
Desire to participate in Compuware sales training, tools training, and ongoing product specialization training
Ability to drive the sales process from prospecting through closure
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Five years sales experience preferably in a software or technical discipline;
Established relationships with executives and IT decision-makers
Experience with CRM programs
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
