The Telerik team is growing and we are currently looking for Software Sales Representatives to join our sales team in Waltham, MA. As the front line for customer engagement, you have the responsibility of wowing our prospects with our products and turning them into passionate, loyal customers. This incorporates working closely with various internal stakeholders to provide them guidance and ensure they have a positive experience with Telerik.
We are seeking Software Sales Representatives for our Sitefinity Content Management System (CMS) sales team and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) sales team.
Sitefinity CMS- an online business platform that empowers businesses to create, collaborate, and publish web content in an easy, efficient manner.
ALM-Tools to manage the complete development application lifecycle efficiently
If you were working for us, here are some of the things you would have done last week as a member of our Sales team:
? Engaged with prospects to answer their questions and identify their needs
? Made sure leads are handled in a timely and appropriate manner, scheduled demonstrations with prospective clients, and continued to follow up with prospective clients throughout the sales cycle
? Attended an internal training session to learn more about the product and marketplace
? Provided ideas and feedback aimed at improving current sales processes and tactics
? Maintained an accurate record of all sales opportunities throughout the sales process within the CRM
? Worked with sales engineers to address prospects? technical challenges and needs by producing a solution and/or selling strategy
? Engaged in social activities with your coworkers
You will be the person who has (a/an):
? Bachelor degree preferred
? Ability to speak comfortably with prospects and clients in a variety of different mediums. (onsite, phone, virtual meeting, etc.)
? At least 2 years of B2B sales experience - technology industry preferred
? Professional, tactful, and courteous with a genuine desire to maintain Telerik?s high quality customer service standards
? Excellent oral and written communication skills
? Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
? A self-driven personality with a positive attitude
? Down-to-earth, creative, and friendly personality
