Responsibilities:
- Analyzing customer issues and communicating solutions and explanations.
- Improving customer service process.
- Documenting new product features and hosting web conferences to highlight new features.
Required Capabilities:
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science from a reputable 4-year college/university
- Strong background and experience in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Perl, XSLT
- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, analytical, and programming skills
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Quick learner and able to learn new programming languages on own as necessary
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a requirement.
- Experience with front end related business processes is a plus, but not required
- Experience with CRM applications (eg SFDC, Siebel On Demand), EAI middleware tools (eg Webmethods), on-demand SaaS application environment is a plus, but not required.
