position Summary:
We are looking for a strong technical individual who is motivated and excited about technology with
good written communication and interpersonal skills. As a member of the Airclic Support Team, this
individual will be responsible for identifying and correcting defects with server, client and mobile
software products, as well as, performing maintenance builds to production systems and delivering
issue resolutions to customers. This position provides an opportunity to work with multiple teams, in a
high paced, challenging environment.
responsibilities
? Lead root cause analysis work to identify server, client and mobile software defects and provide
solutions to the customers. Includes working with teams from different departments and customers
during issue investigation.
? Spearhead resolution of technical problems affecting enterprise systems integrations with customer?s
IT systems
? Collaborate with operations team on setting up environments and performing maintenance builds to
production systems
? Re-factor and performance tune existing code base, making it reliable and efficient to meet or exceed
SLAs
? Develop unit test cases and participate in functional and regression testing cycles
? Perform code inspection and debugging to uncover potential issues

Qualifications
? Bachelor?s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related technical field
? 3+ years experience as Software Developer, Software Engineer, or Programmer
? 2+ years of Java development experience
? Demonstrated effective success in problem solving and leading issue resolution
? Ability to multi-task and prioritize a workload
? Ability to interact and work successfully with customers and partners
? Working knowledge of Java EE, Java ME and Adobe Flex
? Experience with SQL (Oracle), App Servers (JBoss), report development (Jasper Reports), Continues
Integration (AnthillPro) and troubleshooting and profiling tools.
