This position provides computer support to users of the South Dakota Vital Records system.
This would include, but it is not limited to, troubleshooting a variety of technical issues, supporting existing software and existing software and assisting users of system.
Ability to

• Create documentation including test, design, user guideline and instructional documents
• Be a motivated self-starter with the capability of working efficiently with interruptions
• Provide excellent customer IT support for a diverse community of users
• Identify and correct connectivity, printer and other related computer hardware problems
• Maintain user set up and identify opportunities for upgrade of users
• Learn custom reporting utilities to create a variety of reports and documents
