Software Support Specialist
Bi-coastal startup Software Company with offices in San Jose, CA and West Chester, PA is looking for two support specialists - one in each office - to join the team and provide support for our enterprise software product. In this role, you will be first point of contact for the customer and will be responsible for answering their questions and triaging any issues they report. This is an important position that requires excellent listening, communication and problem solving skills.
Required Skills/Abilities:
? Ability to quickly learn a complex software product.
? Troubleshooting technical issues relating to software, hardware use and configurations through remote connections, telephone support and email
? Strong customer satisfaction skills.
? Ability to communicate and work together with staff within this and other departments to solve problems-- a TEAM PLAYER
? Strong verbal and written communication skills
? Good analytical and systematic problem solving skills
? Must be able to multitask and prioritize calmly and rationally
? Experience with relational database technologies
? Experience with modern scripting languages
? Experience supporting a SaaS based software product.
