The Software Trainer position is responsible for providing software and services training for new and existing customers. The ideal candidate has experience in delivering training and eLearning courses. An energetic personality, desire to learn and help others learn, strong project management skills, and a passion for innovation are required.
Responsibilities
Develops a thorough understanding of CoreDial's software, services and processes, and their usage by our customers and their end-users.
Owns the new customer training project from front to end.
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of current product information, training data and training materials, as required, to successfully conduct in-person and online training classes.
Applies instructional design principles and adult learning principles to enhance content delivery.
Delivers instructor-led and computer based online eLearning and group learning exercises.
Reports on key metrics to measure training program impact, effectiveness, appropriateness, and utility.
Maintain professional interaction with customers, suppliers and employees while delivering high-quality training services.
Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management and organizational skills
The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
The desire to meet and exceed measurable goals
Experience with online tools such as Gotomeeting or WebEx
Experience with online eLearning tools such as Moodle, Blackboard, Gototraining, or similar
Strong customer service skills
A highly self-driven sense of motivation
Likes and embraces technology
Familiarity with Microsoft office applications, including Word, Power Point and Excel
4-year B.S. or B.A. degree from accredited university or college
3+ years telecommunications experience
