Software Training and Implementation Specialists ClassLink
uWe have multiple immediate openings for experienced Software Training & Implementation Specialists to work directly with our clients to implement a customized Student Information System in various PA and NY locations (Central PA, Western PA, Harrisburg, Pittsburgh, upstate NY). Work hands on and face to face with administrators, support staff and instructors on the comprehensive software functionality to assist with school-wide operations. The consultant must be able to travel to client sites as needed.Requirements include:
A four year college degree.
Exceptional communication Skills.
Customer Service focused.
Highly Organized with project management experience a plus.
Training/teaching experience.
Student Information Systems familiarity (admissions, attendance, grading, etc.) a plus.
Career & Technical Education background preferred.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills a must.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Professional with the ability to comfortably speak to, instruct or facilitate large groups.
High degree of computer literacy. Extensive experience with Microsoft Windows products and Outlook.
Ability to travel to client sites statewide (usually within a specific geographic range) to provide on-going training sessions for users of our software products.
Valid driver?s license and reliable vehicle are required.
Primary Responsiblities:
Consult, Lead and Train administrators, teachers, and clerical staff on our Student Information Software designed for Career & Technical Education.
Ability and willingness to be on-site at the Career and Technical Centers during school hours.
Documentation of customized policies, procedures, and software instructions.
