SolarBridge is seeking a Solar Sales Associate to identify and pursue leads, address customer?s questions and concerns, and meet quotas for solar systems sales. Sales Associates will spend much of their time traveling to, and visiting with prospective customers. Sales Associates are the primary external representatives of SolarBridge and are expected to convey a sense of expertise in services and capabilities offered. This position requires confidence and a high degree of customer service and professionalism.
Supporting the development of new sales and marketing programs
Prospecting for, and qualifying leads for solar system sales
Analysis of customer?s current and projected electrical usage and financial return on investment
Utilizing online tools and conducting preliminary site evaluations
Generating project proposals/quotes for customers
Closing deals and signing contracts at client homes
Must have a clear understanding of sales cycle, contract agreements and be able to explain and review agreements to close customers
Logging all communications with customers in CRM contact database
Minimum 3 years of successful track record of consumer sales experience
Position is in Austin, TX. No relocation benefits will be provided
Experience in the solar industry preferred
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed monthly sales numbers
Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel. CRM experience a plus
Desire to stay on the leading edge of the solar and renewable energies industry
Four year college degree preferred
All candidates must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background screen
Excellent customer service, written, and verbal communication skills required
