Aras solutions coordinate collaboration and automate the complicated business processes in product development and the supply chain resulting in faster, more profitable product launches. Aras is located north of Boston in Andover and is an easy commute from downtown (reverse commute) or surrounding areas.Responsibilities
Define application requirements for new Aras solutions; write detailed specifications
Produce screen mockups and working prototypes of solutions
Manage the lifecycle of the solution, from inception through deployment and ongoing support
Meet with customers and partners to demonstrate new and future functionality
Contribute to the development of supporting documentation and marketing collateral
Collaborate on product strategy and roadmap
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Software Engineering or Computer Science
Deep knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), with expertise in both manufacturing process planning and manufacturing execution
Extensive hands-on experience with Web Application Architecture, ASP, MS SQL Server (T-SQL), HTML, XML, .NET and Java Script programming highly desired
Experience working in an ISV product delivery and/or open source organization is a plus
Strong technical writing skills, with the ability to cross over into marketing communications and corporate blogging
Desire to take charge and innovate
