Responsibilities:
As the Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for key decisions regarding key technology partner integration architecture strategies. In this position you will be leading the development of solutions to meet customer needs, present and future. To effectively build and design technology strategies, it is important to have the skills to build strong relationships within and outside the company. You will be expected to take ownership of initiatives and programs relating to solution delivery. The ideal candidate will have a good mix of deep technical and business experience and will not only understand the solutions but also effectively communicate the high level vision.
Essential functions:
Develop strategy and roadmaps to create technical solutions
Participate in pre/post sales process to understand customer requirements, technical objectives, and product features
Design solutions to meet the business/technical objectives
Work with internal and external delivery teams to map, design, and produce system integrations, including custom scripting as required.
Effectively communicate solutions architecture to the customer, third parties and project teams
Strong presentation, executive client management and business development skills
Provide feedback to Product Management based on sales organization and customer generated feedback
Ensure proposals are technically sound, deliverable, competitive and representative of market leadership
Create and provide multi-level technical and sales training documentation for field sales teams
Design, develop, and maintain a dynamic lab environment that can be rapidly configured to suite specific hardware or software solutions
Qualifications:
5+ Years? experience in a technical capacity in either infrastructure, development, or systems management
Business development experience in a consulting and/or professional services environment
3+ years in a security focused technical lead and/or solutions architect role
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Scripting experience in Bash and/or Python
Understanding of Cyber Security and Threat Landscapes.
Understanding of both network and host based security solutions (HBSS) such as; Anti-virus, IPS/IDS, Firewall, Proxy, etc.
Ability to travel up to 50 percent
Optional: Strong background in Linux troubleshooting and administration
Optional: Experienced in Structured Query Language
Optional: Experience in SIEM, SOC, malware/forensic analysis, and/or Incident Response
B.S./B.A./M.S. degree or equivalent technical training
