Solution Design Consultant MedVentive
Job Summary
This role will support our clients during the implementation process in mapping client goals and objectives to configuration options. By providing key subject knowledge on our products, the Solution Design Consultant will take the lead on evaluating client needs and outlining solutions within the MedVentive systems.
The ideal candidate will enjoy working with clients and internal staff in a fast-paced environment to diagnose, research and present technical solutions. This position requires strong communication skills and an understanding of the MedVentive client base and market. The individual will need the ability to become a subject matter expert and poses presentation skills for communicating recommendations to our clients.
Primary Responsibilities
Works with the project team and clients in mapping out configuration solutions to complex business drivers
Provides well-documented business cases that represent client needs and solutions within the
MedVentive applications
Assists client with completion of the Configuration Workbook
Provides assistance to the client to troubleshoot issues during User Acceptance Test phase
Communicates important customer issues internally, representing the client?s needs to the product management team, including requests for future enhancements
Approximately 60% travel
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors? degree, preferably with a healthcare-related major
Minimum of two years experience within the healthcare field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven analytic ability and problem-solving skills
Ability to diagnose research and resolve technical issues independently and as a cooperative member of a team
Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines with quality results
Ability to clearly articulate issues and resolutions and track them using MedVentive?s CRM tracking tool
Knowledge of SQL and/or other database query tools is a plus
