Position Summary
RedBrick Health is looking for a solutions engineer to add to our Integration and Data Operations organization. This team has multiple responsibilities including customer implementations, customer renewals, data integrations, data analysis, business systems integration, and operational reporting.
This team is involved with nearly every aspect of our solutions delivery as it relates to integrating our technical solutions with our customers objectives. As our business continues to grow we must enhance our delivery capabilities and you will be part of driving new practices with new and existing customers.

Essential Job Functions
You will be gathering expectations and developing solutions with a given set of capabilities
You will be participating in the delivery of solutions to our customers
Work with Sales and Client Services organizations in support of pre-sales activities to represent existing capabilities and identify requests that require customization activities
Work with small teams of software and ETL developers, as well as business analysts and solution architects to develop solutions involving data integration, analysis and reporting
Work with Implementation teams to specify solutions and maintain continuity between sales and implementation activities
Work with peers to assess, recommend and implement improvements to the data operations practices and procedures
Be a kick-butt contributor to our Integration, Implementation and data organization
Essential Job Requirements
3+ years experience specifying and implementing multi-vendor solutions
BA or BS in technology driven field or equivalent experience
Experience working with SaaS delivered solutions
Demonstrate understanding of how to generate, deliver and sell SoW related to configuration and integration of enterprise SaaS solutions
Familiarity with ETL using a variety of tools, sources and destinations
Experience with BI technologies
Strong understanding and experience with the entire SDLC
Demonstrated understanding of data quality principles and practices
Experience working with Agile practices
Demonstrate understanding of data integrity principles and practices
Preference given to candidates with health care experience
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
Creative thinker who can quickly develop innovative ideas across a wide variety of business functions
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Outstanding relationship building skills with the ability to create mutually beneficial relationships with both internal and external clients is critical
Must have good written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate service concepts to a variety of audiences
Well organized with a high attention to detail
Job requires working on a personal computer for extended periods of time
Job requires frequent communication with remote customers and peers via email, Collaboration Tools, IM and phone
Job may require some travel
Verifiably successful experience with modern technologies, ability to learn and generally a good person
