The iRise Senior Solutions Consultant is responsible for pre-sales technical demonstrations and education to support sales and strategy with respect to using the iRise solution.
Location: Atlanta, El Segundo
Become an expert of the iRise Enterprise Platform.
Assist Customer Solutions Managers with iRise modeling needs for pre-sales and post-sales activities.
Participate in sales activities including onsite client presentations/demonstrations, proof activities, and client interviews.
Participate in client success activities including client support calls, adoption planning sessions, and metrics gathering.
Develop and maintain not only solid technical expertise in the technical aspects of the iRise solution, but also a deep understanding of the associated business motivations and sale processes.
Coordinate other projects as requested.
Strong Communication Skills ? This is a sales role, and clear and concise communications ability is an absolute fundamental requirement. This is related to having to send large volumes of email, preparing and delivering presentations and demonstrations as well as interacting with clients/prospects in a face-to-face fashion.
Strong Technical Acumen ? Able to quickly understand new technologies and use them within the iRise Enterprise Platform
Relationship Building ? Must be focused on building strong relationships with prospects and clients and for owning/maintaining these relationships. Must be comfortable working and interacting with customer/prospect delivery staff, management staff, directors and VPs.
Multi-tasking ? Demonstrated ability to work on multiple client/prospect activities simultaneously and to constantly re-prioritize and focus on the right things.
Time Management ? Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and manage activities with nominal guidance; ability to work in an autonomous fashion from a home office while still putting in the appropriate amount of time and effort to complete all accountable activities and responsibilities.
Sense of Urgency ? Must demonstrate proactive and prompt follow-up with customers and prospects with a strong sense of urgency.
Ability to apply applicable mathematical concepts to certain tasks and demonstrate common-sense reasoning ability.
Ability to demonstrate excellent problem solving skills.
1+ years of professional consulting experience in delivering custom software and/or customized package solutions
Strong knowledge of Software Development LifeCycle (SDLC)
(Preferred) Working knowledge of Application Design principles (UCD, Usability)
Experience with SAP extremely helpful
Ability to work effectively with customers at staff, department head, and VP levels
Ability and desire to work on a high-performance team
Strong analytical, problem-solving and collaboration skills
Ability to work under high-pressure situations, particularly at quarter-end
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred.
