This position is responsible for selling Caradigm solutions to net new healthcare organizations in the Northeast. This role requires a sales executive with deep industry and technical knowledge, a solid understanding of a wide range of solution and partner offerings, the ability to call on business executives in major health organizations and a track record in successfully managing and closing complex sales in large enterprise accounts.
With the recent formation of the Joint Venture between Microsoft and GE, Caradigm has a need to expand its existing sales force. Microsoft?s Health Solutions Group has been the healthcare industry?s leading company in terms of Identity and Access Management Solutions. The primary focus of this sales position will be on selling Caradigm?s Identity and Access management solutions. Knowledge of these products and their value proposition is essential.
The position will own the orchestration across several healthcare organizations across multiple states, working closely with an overlay team which can include Partner Managers, Solution Architects, Product Management, Services and Technical Specialists. As such, in order for a candidate to be successful, the ability to work effectively in a team setting and manage multiple opportunities is critical. This position is a software sales based income position and the individual will be measured on the attainment of revenue and bookings across their assigned territory. This role requires an individual with a deep understanding of Identity and Access Management Solutions and experience selling to and/or working with healthcare enterprise customers. The successful candidate will be expected to expand his/her marketshare in a large territory. In addition, this candidate must have demonstrated work experience with technical understanding of computer software technology and effective presentation skills; strong project management and account development skills; knowledge of the IT industry as well as the business challenges faced by CxO?s, including enterprise customer requirements; knowledge of the business drivers for enterprise accounts; excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills; Caradigm and competitive product knowledge. A BA/BS degree in Business or Marketing preferred. This position is based out of New England; preferably New York or Boston area.
