The Solutions Support Technician will handle, triage and resolve escalated client and systems issues. They will also streamline existing queries, devise new tools to aid/automate manual procedures, and provide escalated technical and solution support to staff and clients. The Technician will act as a resource, working under a team that supports our internal and external customers.
Triage and resolve complicated and escalated cases for timely resolution
Verify issue resolution and provide timely updates and communication back to requestor
Interface with infrastructure, database and development teams as needed
Communicate plan, progress updates and resolution to impacted clients in timely manner
Optimize existing procedures to improve ease, speed, and performance
Investigate problems as they surface, troubleshoot to identify the cause, and then suggest ways to correct them
Able to provide short-term and long-term solutions; to tackle immediate tasks while keeping a mindset on how to remedy such events in the future
Provide technical support and documentation as required to meet needs of our business and our clients
5+ years with Transact-SQL
Working knowledge of relational databases and Microsoft SQL and Visual Studio
Fluent with Microsoft Office products; namely Excel.
Understanding of the MVC Model is a plus
Able to adapt quickly a rapidly growing and changing environment
Strong problem solving, support process analytics and organizational skills
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
An understanding of an Agile environment and team atmosphere
Bachelor?s degree in computer science or related field
