The Solution Analyst is a critical role within the Professional Services organization, responsible for supporting the successful deployment of internal and external software solutions which will be used to manage, analyze, and grow Recurring Revenue streams across the existing and future ServiceSource portfolio of clients. This individual will be required to support new implementation, migration, and enhancement projects within our legacy Atlas platform as well as the current Renew OnDemand platform. The Solution Analyst will present the necessary skills to effectively analyze existing business processes, document requirements/configurations, understand and document relational data models, communicate to all levels of stakeholder within ServiceSource as well as the client organizations. Ultimately, the top priority of this individual is to ensure the Engagement Leader, Solution Architect, and/or Data Architect are provided with the level of support and leadership which results in a successful, on-time deployment of the contracted solution.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Ensure clear communication and expectation setting throughout the implementation process
Apply strong data design skills to map raw data into relational data structure required by the solution
Employ knowledge of business processes and data to document team specific use cases which will be used to drive configurations and testing
Document gap analyses, configuration guides, and/or functional specifications of above for purposes of handoff to engineering teams.
Work with engineering teams, both on and off-shore to ensure delivered solution aligns with documented requirements.
Support quality assurance efforts through the creation of test scripts, documentation of application defects, triage of identified defects, and escalation of critical defects to closure.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to prepare and present executive-ready documentation and presentations
Demonstrated ability to understand relational data structures and design the path from raw data to a database
Proven track record of meeting commitments with the highest standards of quality and integrity
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including the ability to transfer knowledge through effective communication, both face to face and virtual
Ability to write use cases and specifications with precision and thoroughness such that they are easily and unambiguously understood by engineering teams.
Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related technology degree program strongly preferred
