Summary:
This position is responsible for providing support to the sales organization through professional representation and presentation of P2ES Solutions (software products, data products and professional services), reviewing, analyzing and responding to requests for information and requests for proposals and designing preliminary scoping of solutions that meet the needs of the P2ES customer. Candidate must be flexible and excited about working in a fast paced company; have proven communication and organizational skills; and be willing and able to focus on both internal and external customer service to meet business needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Participate in the development, implementation and continued support of an integrated software application, business data and map data environment for all demonstrable P2ES products in support of the sales process.
Identify, allocate and schedule resources as necessary to support live product demonstrations.
Provide logistical support for the Sales organization with the Marketing department in the distribution of electronic marketing material in support of a consistent message to our customers both in form and content.
Conduct P2ES product training to Sales Support as necessary and the sales staff as requested.
Establish standards for consistent, professional high quality multi-media presentation of P2ES products and services.
Maintain a repository for an inventory of all electronic P2ES product presentation material and provide a method for publishing and distributing this information to the Sales organization.
Present and prepare briefings/software demonstrations on P2ES software solutions.
Analyze customer requirements, including legacy data and systems and recommend solutions that enhance revenues and reduce costs based on P2ES software, spatial data and services.
Respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
Assist sales personnel in writing technical and commercial proposals.
Up to 30% travel, mostly of a few days duration, is required.
Skills/Requirements
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor?s degree.
3-5 years experience in upstream oil and gas profession, preferably in Land Management or Division Orders.
Extensive knowledge of the Enterprise Upstream, Bolo or Excalibur operations, accounting and/or land software is highly desirable.
