About the Opportunity
The Solutions Consultant will be responsible for assessing clients needs for implementations and translating needs into executable solutions, with defined deadlines and milestones. The Solutions Consultant will also be responsible for collaboration on projects that are not assigned to them. The successful candidate will have lending experience and be able to effectively communicate at the VP and C level.
About the Responsibilities
Demonstrate good working knowledge of bank policies and procedures, specifically as they relate to loan processing and branch account origination.
Interview client?s departmental managers and employees to analyze workflow and procedures for processing loans and branch/office account setup.
Convert workflow analysis into appropriate configurations that will meet the client?s needs.
Capable and confident working with client to recommend new workflows
Support multiple concurrent projects and implementations.
Represent clients? needs for the planning of proposed enhancements to the application as necessary.
Assist with documentation and maintenance of the loan workflow; requirements documents; etc
About You
Must have experience with consumer loan, origination and underwriting .
Must have experience working across all levels ( C level down) of financial institutions
Excellent communication skills, must have solid presentation skills
Demonstrate a knowledge of lending strategies implemented by Financial Institutions
Preference given to candidate with solid general banking knowledge
