Solution Engineers are responsible for customer implementation, maintenance and support of Andera's application software. Typical projects include the implementation, integration, and customization of Andera's web-based solution suite for banks and credit unions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Implement, integrate, and customize Andera's proprietary, web-based solutions for banks and credit unions Design and develop web application code based on clients' business requirements.
Work with project managers to provide project task effort estimates and ongoing status updates.
Maintain customer implementations and provide support for defect and problem resolution.
Responsible for maintenance and support of customer once they reside in the production environment.

General Requirements:
A computer science, engineering, or related Bachelor's degree from a leading 4-year college or university (other majors considered with demonstrated working knowledge of web development)
1 to 3 years experience in hands-on, web-based application software development preferred
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Ability to prioritize effectively and handle shifting priorities professionally
Troubleshooting, problem solving
Good communication and reactionary/triage instincts.
Deep attention to detail Technology Project Experience:
Participation in the complete life-cycle of an enterprise-wide, web-based application
Minimum 1-year of experience developing Web applications using Cold Fusion 7.0/MX or ASP.NET, PHP preferred, but not necessary. Demonstrated working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and server-side scripting (asp, jsp, php, ColdFusion)
