THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Solutions Sales Consultant will:
Promote and lead sales activities for the Regional Solutions Sales Consultants (RSSCs) and Managers to enhance total account sales revenue.
Learn our products and then serve as an expert to the Regional Sales Managers relative to the NSi product catalogue of solutions.
Partner with RSSCs in the pre-sales process to position NSi products and services by understanding the customer?s mission critical requirements, to foster a convincing solution to meet business needs.
Perform web sessions to educate Channel Partners, on NSi products and services as well as host Web sessions for leads and customers, presenting and demonstrating NSi solutions.
Be involved in pre-sales support: Generate price quotes, Conduct Web demonstrations, Be involved in sales calls
Convert the high volume of inbound/outbound warm calls to leads, customer and channel partners.
Become a product expert: S/he will provide ongoing training and track updates to NSi product catalogue.
Discover the mission critical requirements of leads to propose a compelling NSi solution.
Partner with RSSCs to prepare client solution and services proposals, discusses proposal details and deliverables to partners and clients, and creates basic solution profiles for a statement of work.
Educate Channel Partners on product features, benefits and positioning.
Support RSSCs and Pre-Sales Support teams.
2+ Years Solutions or Inside Sales Experience
Proven ability to self motivate
Strong Communication skills ? both written and verbal
Must show high energy and possess excellent customer service skills
Strong work ethic, ability to work in a team and take initiative
Experience working with a sales quota
Knowledge of networks and software applications (MS Office, SharePoint, Databases)
Knowledge of OCR: Barcode Recognition, text searchable PDF
Working knowledge of Multi-function Printers/Copiers
Must have calling experience and be savvy on the phone.
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent
Experience with Microsoft CRM
XML/ CSV file formats
Successful sales experience in software or technology sales
Experience calling on a variety of accounts in various industries
