The Position:

ICG Commerce is seeking a collaborative and results-oriented Sourcing Leader with expertise in a wide range of MRO Materials and Facilities Services categories to work with Fortune 500 clients to develop and execute sourcing strategies that support each company?s business goals while achieving optimal pricing, quality and service levels. In this capacity, you will be based out of ICG Commerce?s King of Prussia office and will have substantial involvement in supporting sales and solution design and in helping procurement organizations expand their involvement and control of non-traditional spend areas. Specifically, you will:
Identify cost/productivity improvement opportunities in MRO Materials and Facilities Services spending across a wide array of leading companies
Lead sourcing projects, including all key steps such as strategy development, supplier negotiation, award recommendations, business case presentations and supplier contract execution
Pursue and develop senior level stakeholder relationships at priority accounts; support account stakeholder relationship plans
Promote corporate objectives and change initiatives, ensuring that the MRO Materials and Facilities Services sourcing team is supporting overall company direction and growth
Mentor MRO Materials and Facilities Services sourcing team on stakeholder and project management, with a special emphasis on collaboration, customer focus, delivery excellence, continuous improvement, negotiations and contracting
Represent the Sourcing & Category Management team as a category expert to current and prospective customers

The Opportunity:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Participate in the development and execution of global sourcing strategies
Drive regional category strategy, in support of a global approach, contributing to overall MRO Materials and Facilities Services growth and delivery commitments
Grow team management skills, coaching team members in the art of Negotiation and Contracting
Expand business development skills to identify and propose account growth opportunities for additional MRO Materials and Facilities Services sourcing services
Job Requirements :
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
A degree in a quantitative discipline (business/finance/economics/engineering/ mathematics) from a top tier university
Deep knowledge of sourcing and/or category management process within Fortune 500 organizations
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a wide range of MRO Materials and Facilities Services suppliers, such as Comm/Data, Electrical/Electronics, PTB, PVF, General Industrial, Cutting Tools, Abrasives, Safety, Pumps/Hydraulics, Material Handling, Welding, Fasteners, Filters/HVAC, and Instrumentation; Environmental: Hazmat, Solid Waste; Facility Management: Electrical & Plumping, HVAC, Janitorial & Landscaping, Facility Management Services, Security Equipment & Services; Real Estate: Airport Concession Fees, Rents & Charges, Land and Construction, Rent; Storefront: Office Furniture, Signage, Uniforms; Utilities.

Travel:
This position requires travel of approximately 40-50% to multiple customer locations.
