Job Description :
ICG Commerce is seeking a Sourcing Leader with expertise in a wide range of Marketing categories to provide day-to-day management of sourcing streams, executing a seamless and integrated sourcing process that delivers upon key customer requirements. In this capacity, you will collaborate with team members and Fortune 500 stakeholders to drive significant value. Specifically, you will:
Ensure the consistent delivery of sourcing services that meet and exceed savings and SLA targets
Manage all aspects of sourcing projects according to team, account, and budget guidelines
Establish and cultivate key client stakeholder relationships across organizations, building trust and support for each sourcing project
Seek out opportunities to drive creativity and innovation within each sourcing project, while ensuring adherence to quality and timeliness standard
Promote corporate objectives and change initiatives, ensuring Marketing sourcing team is supporting overall company direction and growth
Develop and sustain Subject Matter Expertise as an SME within the Marketing sourcing organization for key categories of spend
Mentor Sourcing Managers on stakeholder and project management, including sourcing strategy, effective communication/negotiations, and delivery excellence, to promote career development

Work collaboratively with Sourcing Leaders and Category Management teams to expand understanding of end-to-end program management and delivery
Job Requirements :
A degree in a quantitative discipline (business/finance/economics/engineering/ mathematics) from a top tier university
Consultancy, sourcing and/or category management experience within a Fortune 500 organization, preferably within Consumer Packaged Goods
Significant experience (10+ years) working with/managing a wide range of Marketing suppliers, such as Commercial Print, Fulfillment, Promotional, Ad/Creative/PR Agencies, Exhibitor/Trade Shows, Market Research, and Media
Specific experience in Digital Marketing (Digital Agency, Digital Media, Mobile, Social, Search, CRM), or Sales (Sales Brokers, Trade Promotion, Merchandising) preferred
Excellent communication and organization/time management skills
Strong ability to identify complex barriers to change and develop solutions to drive transformation
Ability to adapt to the varied corporate cultures and organizational structures of our customers
Exceptional track record of building relationships with stakeholders or customers that have resulted in high customer satisfaction
Travel:
This position requires travel of approximately 30-40% to multiple customer locations.
