JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Sourcing Recruiter, you will play a key role in Sourcing top talent for the Professional Services Recruiting team. The Professional Services Organization is responsible for collaborating across the ecosystem in order to consistently and successfully deploy Workday to all customers.

What You'll Do:

The Sourcing Recruiter will be responsible for:
Â
Creating innovative candidate sourcing strategies and help drive recruiting campaigns
Consistently grow the candidate pipeline, filling it with high caliber candidates through multiple sourcing channels
Highly contribute to weekly recruiting and candidate pipeline goals
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the skill-sets and appropriate backgrounds for our most critical hires
Assist with coordinating and organizing recruiting efforts

What's Required:
Â
BA/BS degree
2+ years of sourcing experience at a successful and rapidly growing organization, preferably in the software industry
Strong Boolean search knowledge and search string creation experience
Social Media sourcing including creating Facebook, Twitter, and Linked-In campaigns
Self-starter with an incredible work ethic and team first mentality
Strong organizational skills and high level of attention to detail
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills
