This person in this position is responsible for two key areas within the Business Systems team at GOOD - IT SOX Governance/Risk/Compliance & Project Management Office (GRC/PMO). Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, the Manager of GRC/PMO will also have a dotted-line reporting relationship with the Sr. Director of SOX and Financial Governance.
RESPONSIBILITES:
? Governance/Risk/Compliance ? Creates and maintains SOX compliant processes and guidelines to ensure that system access and change management is compliant with corporate policies and guidelines.
? Demonstrates knowledge of the design, implementation, and/or assessment of controls, including an understanding of the systems implementation lifecycle, including configuring and optimizing business process controls and application security.
? Demonstrates basic understanding of business processes related to core Oracle modules, including thorough knowledge of industry-specific modules/products and/or a proven record of success configuring and implementing within Oracle GRC environments.
? Demonstrates basic knowledge as a consultant, auditor or business process specialist within a professional services firm or large enterprise, including interfacing with clients on control solutions and participating in the planning and execution of projects.
? Develops appropriate test objectives and test plans for SOX related IT controls
? Performs walkthroughs of medium to complex systems and processes and identifies gaps in controls.
? Assist in facilitating the SOX audit work performed by the external auditors.
? Work with business process owners to ensure timely review and updates to process documentation and controls for new and/or existing processes.
? Recommend to SOX leadership remedies for identified exceptions and deficiencies.
? Understand approach to evaluating control deficiencies in accordance with the company?s framework.
? Perform and document entity level controls testing related to IT general computer controls.
? Perform quality assurance reviews on completed/documented test results.
? Test automated system controls and compensating controls.
? Project Management Office (PMO) Oversees the full Enterprise Project Management life cycle and software development life cycle for the implementation of highly complex, large-scale, strategic Business Systems initiatives.
? Establishes project management policies and controls to ensure the successful management and reporting of all corporate initiatives
? Leads the program and assigned staff to oversee the impacts and interdependencies between programs and working to ensure initiatives meet the goals and objectives of the executive leadership team.
? Provides verbal and written communications regarding project status, risks and issues at regularly scheduled PMO meetings and updates Exec Staff on the project portfolio.
QUALIFICATIONS:
? 6 years of ERP systems (Oracle, SFDC, SAP, Xactly, Callidus) controls auditing, consulting or implementation. Oracle preferred.
? 4 years of successful project management experience with critical and aggressive timelines
? Demonstrates abilities and/or a proven record of identifying key risks and controls, knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley readiness, controls optimization, including the configuration of controls around security, business process and within the Oracle GRC module and SalesForce.
? Risk Assurance experience with a public accounting firm preferred
? Demonstrates ability to perform assessments, using proprietary or other relevant tools to evaluate controls, security, SOD, and potential for optimization.
? CISA or PMP certifications preferred
? Demonstrates some abilities as a team member by creating a positive environment, monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations, and respecting the work-life quality of team members. ? This includes providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner and keeping leadership informed of progress.
? Demonstrates abilities to identify and address client needs, including developing and sustaining meaningful client relationships and an understanding of the client's business.
? Project budgeting skills.
? Proven project management skills; ability to organize and prioritize multiple complex projects.
? Proven communication skills; both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff, all levels of management.
? Proven team-building skills with technical and non-technical staff.
? BA or BS in Accounting or Management Information Systems or business related field
