Job Description
MRI Software is currently seeking a highly motivated bilingual individual to join our Client Support team! Working from our Global Client Support ?Center of Excellence? in Solon, OH, you will use your problem solving, technical, and communication skills on a daily basis as you assess, resolve, and document client software issues both in English and Spanish. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, forward thinker who will strive to provide quality, professional software support to our diverse client base.
Essential Responsibilities:
Provide ongoing training services to Users in both Spanish and English languages
Responds to inbound requests from all channels (phone, portal, e-case) within prescribed service levels
Identify, assess criticality, and prioritize resolution of all new and existing issues
Monitors, documents, and manages the resolution process in a timely manner, while effectively communicating status with the client to maintain a high rate of client satisfaction
Offer accurate and efficient resolutions to cases, with assistance from Lead Software Support Analysts if necessary
Participates in the Knowledge Management process through creation and use of materials
Skills/Requirements
Conversational in English and Spanish
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Can perform SQL query expressions to diagnose or resolve routine issues
Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts and derive solutions
Previous client support/service/training experience preferred
Technical PC experience in a Windows environment preferred
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
