We are looking for a hard-working, organized, engaging candidate, who is excited to juggle scheduling, office management, and event-planning tasks. The Special Projects and Office Assistant will have the opportunity to dip their hands in many projects, while working closely with upper management to ensure that everything runs smoothly on a daily basis, and generally contributing to Handybook's fun-loving work environment.
Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management skills and self-motivation
Energetic and personable
Self-starter (must be willing to jump in)
Trustworthy (will be dealing with highly confidential information)
Work closely with senior team (scheduling and organizing meetings)
Supply management (ensuring that office is well stocked with goodies!)
Experience with HR/admin (managing schedules, etc.) is ideal, but not necessary.
Degree from a 4 year university
