Coursera is seeking an experienced specialist to join our Partner Operations team. The Community Operations Team is responsible for providing excellent support to learners and partners, which is a pivotal part of our company?s long term success. We aim to build engagement with Coursera by developing scaled solutions to the issues people are facing, analyzing top problem areas, and delivering qualitative and quantitative insight into peoples? behavior to the rest of the company. As Specialist of Partner Operations, you will serve as the voice of our partners internally, working with Partnership Managers, Data Analysts, Product Managers, and Engineers to ensure an amazing experience.
Your work will allow our partners to spend more time teaching and creating high quality content, which is essential to our mission. Together, we will help create universal access to high-quality education, and make a profound difference to lives and societies around the world.

Develop and share a deep expertise on Coursera?s platform
Troubleshoot to quickly resolve partner issues
Listen to partners and Partnership Managers with the ability to modify services and support to generate exceptional experiences
Assist partners and Partnership Managers with implementation of new tools and products
Develop new team techniques and strategies that increase efficiency and deliver a better partner experience using sound analysis and impact metrics to support your positions
Solicit, organize, and contextualize product feedback from partners and Partnership Managers
Drive change and collaborate effectively with a variety of individuals and teams within the company
3+ years of experience in online operations, consulting, or account, partner, or project management
1+ years of experience in solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches (or equivalent)
Passionate about creating world-class service experiences that delights partners
Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans
Ability and experience working independently and a track record of taking initiative in uncertain, dynamic environments
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and the ability to serve as a spokesperson for Coursera
Strong bias for action and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
Motivated to support partners in achieving their objectives on Coursera
Knowledge of SQL, basic statistical analysis, and Excel a plus
Fluency in Portuguese a plus
