  • Participates in the preparation and review of the project's software development/QE plan, standards, and procedures.
  
  
  • Review/Verify that plans, standards, and procedures are in place and can be used to review and audit the software project.
  
  
  • Adherence of software products and activities to the applicable standards, procedures, and requirements is verified objectively.
  
  
  • Affected groups and individuals are informed of software quality assurance activities and results.
  
  
  • Review the software engineering activities to verify compliance.
  
  
  • Collect the data and find the root cause analysis
  
  
  • Conduct audits throughout the project life cycle to ensure compliance of the development and management processes to esta lished processes and procedures
  
  
  • Collect metrics and report to the QE Manager
