About the Team
This team works closely with other departments at GreatCall (Customer Operations, SWDEV/SQA, Sales and Logistics). Their main responsibilities include testing and deploying software releases, managing test environments and providing support to Customer Operations and Sales on the billing system.
About the Job
This position is responsible for executing test procedures and reporting defects to SQA lead.
Responsibilities
Developing/Executing diagnostic test procedures (manual and automated)
Documenting defects via defect tracking system and verifying defect fixes.
Reporting progress/issues to the SQA Lead
Basic Qualifications
Education: Minimum High School Diploma
Minimum of 2 years of SQA or relevant experience.
Efficient with MS Office Products
Demonstrated Troubleshooting skills
Ability to learn new systems and processes
Desired Qualifications
Education: Associates or Bachelor?s Degree in Business, Computer Science or EE
2 + years of SQA experience in .NET front/backend programs with experience with SQL servers
