Vibrant Media is seeking an innovative, passionate and entrepreneurial SQL Database Developer that will support the existing code and databases and develop new systems for traffic analytics, revenue and reporting. This person will work alongside the .Net development team to analyze, design and deliver requirements from the Sales, Finance and Operations teams. The ideal candidate will be required to demonstrate initiative in order to achieve the team's goals and in identifying and evaluating new opportunities as they present themselves.

Skills you will need to be successful in this role:
- 5-7+ years of SQL database development experience in a high transaction and multi-server production environment, current experience with SQL 2005/2008
- Advanced knowledge of T-SQL, including transactions, begin..try…, merge, common table expressions, ROW_NUMBER/OVER, bulk insert, FT searching
- Experience with very large databases (>1TB)
- Partitioned Tables/Indexes (Switching/Merging/Splitting)
- Performance tuning/code debugging
- Replication (transactional)
- SSIS â€" importing text files and XML files. Using Loop containers and package configurations
- Experience with Reporting Services (SSRS) which would include creating reports, handling permissions, installing, configuring and troubleshooting
- Experience with TFS database builds, Continuous Integration and Database Unit testing is a plus
- OLAP/SSAS
