As a member of MEDITECH's Application Development team, your job will involve:
Working with our industry leading technology to create dynamic healthcare applications
Becoming familiar with the programming tools necessary to develop our application, user interface and database design
Staying abreast of technology advancements and changes within the industry
Participating in meetings and conference calls where technical solutions are explained to our customers in end-user terminology

Requirements
Bachelors Degree with associated course work in a computer programming related field (i.e. Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering)
Minimum 2 to 3 years of Microsoft SQL Server experience with SQL 2000-2008
Proficiency in T-SQL (Transact SQL) and SSIS
Ability to adhere to a consistent coding style and document coding procedures
Excellent practical knowledge of both static and dynamic T-SQL statements and constructs, including queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers, views, cursors, table mergers, etc
Ability to create efficient SQL tables
Experience in large volume data warehousing, ETL and data analysis
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
