DescriptionPosition Summary:
The Senior Account Manager is the primary day-to-day contact for Agency clients. AMs are responsible for a portfolio of accounts and work with the Sales, CM and Analytics teams to deliver exceptional customer service and insight for each client.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
? Collaborate with Sales team to establish strategic growth opportunities.
? Assist sales with on-boarding new clients and identifying new opportunities with existing clients.
? Collect, package and hand-off the required assets for each campaign.
? Establish a clear turnaround time-frame and stay abreast of progress on each campaign.
? Collaborate with Analytics to setup client reports and gain valuable insights on campaign performance.
? Provide clients with recurring updates on status and performance. Include valuable insights wherever possible.

? Able to identify key insights on campaign process and performance.
? Ability to understand and organize various components of a video campaign.
? Learns quickly and works independently with minimal direction.
? Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
? Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously within established time-frames.
? Intermediate project management skills.
Education and/or Experience:
? Bachelor?s degree
? 3+ years of experience in the digital space.
? High-end customer service and advertising experience preferred; online advertising experience a major plus.
