Sr. Account Manager, Platform TubeMogul
TubeMogul is the only video marketing company built for branding. By integrating real-time media-buying, ad-serving, targeting, optimization and brand measurements into its PlayTime platform, TubeMogul simplifies the delivery of video ads. As a Sr. Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining profitable relationships with large brand advertisers, agencies and other companies that utilize our media buying platform. You will become an expert in the TubeMogul platform and will be proficient in planning, launching, optimizing, troubleshooting and analyzing campaigns in the platform. This knowledge will be used to educate, train, and support your clients on a day to day basis. A deep understanding of video and brand advertising will enable you to act as a trusted adviser to your clients as they will rely on you for guidance and support for campaign and brand strategy.
This position requires a sharp attention to detail, superior customer service, impeccable professionalism, and a ?do what it takes? attitude.
BA/BS in business management, economics, or operations preferred
2-4 years operations, client facing, or advertising industry related work experience
Expert in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Strong analytical skills
Media math skills
Ability to multitask and problem solve
Knowledge of 3rd party ad serving and ad trafficking
Understanding of marketing and digital advertising
Proven experience developing customer relationships and fostering growth
Ability to think ?outside the box? and think strategically about troubleshooting and account growth
