SR ACCOUNT MANAGER - BR
o Generate revenue by selling products to new and current users within an assigned territory through direct, face-to-face contact and assists management in devising sales plans and strategies.
o Responsible for achieving assigned sales quotas and goals for customers located within a defined geographic territory or account list.
o Prospects and develops business, responds to RFPs, and develops proposals for presentation to customer.
o Coordinates account resources with representatives from marketing, pre-sales engineering and development
o Sell products to new and/or current customers in an assigned geographic area to achieve or exceed assigned revenue objectives:
o Prospecting, qualifying, solution presentation and closing of existing account opportunities as well as assigned current customers in that region.
o Sell products through face-to-face contact.
o Remain knowledgeable of company's products to facilitate sales efforts.
o Maintain sales records and prepares sales reports as required.
o Provide follow-up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction with products and/or services provided.
o Assist sales and sales support representatives as needed.
Preferred is a bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
Sales skills, solution based selling with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in ERP or related industries.
Successful PeopleSoft, Oracle or Lawson sales experience might be helpful.
Extensive travel is required.
