Mobile Advertising Solutions (MAS)
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Account Manager with deep knowledge of the mobile advertising industry (web, in-app, etc.) and a strong passion for helping clients achieve their marketing goals. This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced business professional to join the world?s leading performance display advertising company and be at the center of a new business unit created to focus on the rapidly growing mobile ecosystem. This role will represent the first Account Management hire for North America/Europe within the Mobile Advertising Solutions group, with great growth potential for more responsibility based on performance.
What part will you play?
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in running and managing mobile app marketing campaigns. As this is a newly created group, this individual must thrive in a start-up environment, eager to deliver consistently in an evolving product landscape. A strong understanding of mobile web and in-app landscape will help this individual play a lead role with our Clients.
What will you be doing?
Act as the primary contact for existing customers on their mobile marketing campaigns
Lead, manage, and optimize campaigns aimed at achieving specific Client ROI metrics
Responsible for bookings, revenue and up-selling the accounts residing in your book of business
Own relationships with clients that are based in the US or Europe (depending on location)
Create best practices for onboarding, managing, and optimizing mobile campaigns
Participate in the strategy and execution definition for the MAS team
Grow revenue and track retention of clients/agencies
Monitoring and analysis of partner?s campaign performance
Optimize accounts to improve performance for the customer
Identify and suggest new processes that can be implemented to improve Criteo?s service
Encourage feedback from customers to enhance Criteo?s products and services
What do we require from you?
5 years minimum experience in Account Management or similar function
Passionate for cultivating client relationships and delivering best in class service and performance
Strong interest in mobile commerce and improving advertising effectiveness
Technical knowledge of site tagging, ad serving and ad ops preferred
Strong analytical skills. Must be very proficient in Excel. (formulas, vlookups, modeling)
Experience in a fast-paced environment, and/or online advertising environment
Strong track record of success in offering outstanding customer service and innovation leading to revenue growth and customer retention
Negotiation, influencing skills and an ability to persuade at all levels of an agency or client
Ability to assess and resolve advertiser/agency issues encountered when working with Criteo
Ability to deliver in a time-sensitive environment
Bachelor?s degree required
