General Purpose/Objectives: The temporary position would participate in maintenance of current accounting system for
Journal entries, General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Revenue
Reconciliation, Cash Flows, etc. in accordance with GAAP policies and procedures
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
? Prepares, maintains, and/or reviews the entity accounting software (Microsoft AX)
to ensure accurate, compliant, and consistent financial data
? Assists with the preparation of the monthly reporting package, Board presentations,
ad-hoc reports and projects.
? Participates in annual audits and special projects, and helps with various
consolidation functions
? Serves as one of key contacts for the year-end external audit, including preparation
of schedules as well as analysis of accounts and variances to assist in the audit
process.
? Helps with various corporate consolidation, tax, reporting, and ad-hoc projects.
Required Qualifications:
? Accounting degree from accredited institution of higher education, CPA a plus
? Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX a plus, experience with mid to large
enterprise accounting system a plus
? 8+ years of relevant experience with international manufacturing exposure a plus
? Effective oral and written communication skills.
