Brightree, one of the fastest growing companies in Georgia, and the fastest growing Internet-based business management solution in the Home Medical Equipment market, is seeking a Sr. Administrative Assistant to report directly to and support the Chief Revenue Officer. The Sr. Administrative Assistant will direct the administration team that supports Brightree?s sales and account management teams. This role handles a large volume of contracts and sales related activities for an extremely active and fast-paced department. The person in this role is responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. The Sr. Administrative Assistant will prepare routine and advanced correspondence including letters, emails, and reports and manage the calendar, business, and personal commitments through Salesforce.com. The person in this key role is knowledgeable of the organization's business concepts, practices, and procedures, and relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of dedication is expected. Must be a professional team player who sets the standard with a high level of positive energy and a ?can do? approach to all activities.
? Responsible for the operation performance of all sales administration team members in multiple locations ensuring continuous customer satisfaction
? Ability to handle a high volume of sensitive, confidential and routine sales contracts while under time constraints
? Analyze and make recommendations on administrative, management and procedural practices
? Answer calls on behalf of the sales team members and resolve or follow up as needed
? Perform job duties with an exceptional level of accuracy and detail
? Schedule and organize activities such as sales meetings, travel, and demos
? Organize and prioritize large volumes of information that is commonly reviewed by the Chief Revenue Officer and his team, the CEO, CFO, and Corporate Legal Counsel
? Liaison between the sales team and the Corporate Legal Counsel
? Project Management for multiple assignments simultaneously for the entire administration team
? In-depth experience with Salesforce.com required. Must have recent experience creating ad hoc reports on a regular basis. If you do not meet this criteria, you will not be considered.
? Experience managing the work of others is required.
? Minimum of three (3) years of administrative experience in a corporate office environment.
? Must be proficient in Excel
? Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, outstanding customer service skills, friendly demeanor and be self-motivated, detail oriented, and be able to multi-task
? Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy
? Proven time management and organization skills
? Past experience in a fast-paced organization
? Should have a flexible schedule and be able to work outside the organization?s core business hours as needed
? Past experience researching and conducting administrative projects
? Experience as a Salesforce.com Administrator preferred
