Job DescriptionMaxPoint Interactive is seeking a Sr. Analyst to support the Corporate Development & Strategy team at our Morrisville, NC Headquarters. The MaxPoint Corporate Development team is responsible for developing and executing the MaxPoint long term strategic plan. This team works closely with MaxPoint?s senior leadership team on strategic growth initiatives, 3rd party partnerships, JVs, alliances, and/or mergers & acquisitions. The Sr. Analyst will be responsible for analytical and strategic support of this team.
The Sr. Analyst will participate in a wide range of activities including: developing, evaluating, and implementing growth strategies, identifying key strategic partners, providing strategic SWOT and analytical analysis to support key partner and deal negotiations, and creating business plans for specific product/portfolio and other business development expansion opportunities. The Sr. Analyst may also oversee analytical work from other team members on select projects.

Qualifications
BS, BA or equivalent from an accredited 4-year university or college is preferred
2+ years of management consulting, investment banking, and/or corporate strategy work
Prior experience and relationships in media, advertising, and/or digital technology
International experience a plus
Willingness to travel up to 25%
