Sr. APAC Regional Marketing Manager, Contractor
Job Location: Sydney, Australia (travel will be required)
The Sr. APAC Regional Marketing Manager, Contractor, has responsibility for building and leading the strategy to drive awareness and pipeline in Australia and New Zealand through the development and execution of strategic marketing programs. This person is a senior individual contributor who directly manages integrated marketing campaigns including lead generation, SEM/Web, event and public relations initiatives for the APAC Region, leveraging corporate campaigns. This position is highly visible and active, and requires tight integration and cooperation with the APAC Sales (direct and channel) leadership team, as well as the corporate marketing and communications teams in Sunnyvale, Calif. This is an ideal position for a creative, collaborative marketing leader, who is looking for a place to showcase his or her abilities in the rapidly growing mobile market. This is a contract position for 6 months with the opportunity to be evaluated for a full time role in Good?s Corporate Marketing organization.

?Lead the field sales and channel marketing plans (strategic and tactical) and activities for APAC, specifically Australia and New Zealand.
?Plan and deliver integrated marketing and promotional programs in region utilizing a full range of marketing tools to run effective regional/local events and campaigns.
?Create quarterly marketing plans, which include the development of programs, promotions and incentives to meet sales and lead gen goals.
?Support product launches on a regional basis.
?Forge close relationship with lead qualification team as well as regional sales leads and sales teams.
?Execute activities on time and on budget.
?Contribute knowledge, skills, and ideas to the marketing team as a whole and ensure a continuous feedback loop between Sales and Marketing.
?Ensure that the sales teams have adequate marketing support at events, etc.
Educational Requirements: BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or Communications related field.
Required Skills & Experience:
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong, proven planning, budgeting, project management and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working closely with cross-functional teams
Proven direct and/or cross-functional team leadership skills
Ability to negotiate and work efficiently across a network of stakeholders, both internal and external, and across time zones
Able to give presentations to all levels of the company and agency partners, from staff to Executives
CRM experience with salesforce.com (campaign set up, tracking, reporting)
Ability to use the following applications: Microsoft Outlook and Office (particularly PPT and Excel)
7+ years B2B marketing experience in the technology industry required (information security, or software development tools desired)? mobile a big plus
Experience in integrated, multichannel b2b marketing
Proven direct and/or cross functional team management experience
Experience in program design, campaign/event planning and execution, telemarketing, direct marketing, online marketing, public and analyst relations, web marketing
Extensive and proven background in working with Sales organizations in technology industry to drive pipeline
Experience supporting both direct and indirect (channel) Sales teams
In-depth knowledge of technology industry, mobile a plus
