Job DescriptionThis individual will join a dynamic team to evaluate the most advanced voice processing solutions in telecommunications. The major responsibilities of the position will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Develop advanced methodologies for objective and subjective voice quality evaluation.
Design sophisticated test setup in voice quality assessment.
Conduct comprehensive voice quality performance evaluation and in-depth analysis.
Experience, Skills and Education Required
8+ years of experience in audio signal processing and voice quality performance evaluation in telecom industry.
2+ years of management experience in project planning, execution and cross-team coordination.
In-depth knowledge in mobile device competitive benchmarking for advanced voice features.
Extensive knowledge of international and carrier standards in voice quality evaluation.
Solid programming skills in Matlab and C.
Highly detail oriented and well organized.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Outstanding analytical and critical thinking skills.
Strong leadership skills and good team player.
M.S. or B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Acoustic Engineering or related fields.
Experience, Skills and Education Required
In-depth experience in noise suppression, echo cancellation, speech recognition and other voice enhancement devices.
Extensive database development and management experience.
