Sr. Business Analyst Elance

In this role, you will:Apply expertise in statistical inference, data mining, and visual presentation of data to generate key insights to support our business and product decisions
Work closely with business users and product managers to communicate the data driven insights to enhance product strategy, improve business performance, and support resolution of issues
Develop business models and reports
Work with the analytics team to ensure the integrity of the data across all data stores
Focus on data analysis, not data acquisition
To win in this role, you need:
Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in business data analysis
Bachelor?s degree in engineering or mathematics
A curious mindset - you want answers to the why?s and how?s
The ability to analyze complex data and communicate the resulting insights with clarity. You can ?tell the story?, not just present numbers
Strong skills in Excel, Data Visualization, Statistical Analysis, and Data Mining (Oracle/SQL a plus)
Strong intellect and high energy with a passion for driving results
Unquestioned integrity and work ethic
Exceptional communication skills
