Position Overview:
The Senior Business Systems Analyst will build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted business resource lead on engagements. This person will be responsible for successful completion of several stages on projects: analyzing client's internal business processes, supporting customer in understanding and formulating business requirements to project deliverables, coordination of technical team activities during project deployment, development and implementation of business level testing procedures, and customer training. Additionally on ?Change Order? projects Sr. Business Analyst acts as a Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers to define and document key functional needs of the product, data sources, and translate business requirements into technical specifications for data loads.
Understand objective of the project and develop customer?s requirement document and translate those requirement into innovative technical solutions.
Lead design discussions and help in defining features for new product releases
Manage project work plans for designated project phases or change orders
Perform QA of product set up and database results according to customer requirements.
Providing suggestions to the development team during the development stage of product to meet the customer?s business needs.
Identify and share implementation best practices with the team.
Communicating effectively with customers and internal teams to deliver product?s functional requirements.
Configure product interface and build standard reports using on-line interface
Perform customer training on use of the product

Professional Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required
Must understand all aspects of the project development lifecycle and have a demonstrated track record of successful project execution.
Excellent analytical skills, creativity, initiative, and solid communicational skills
Experience working with offshore development teams
Technical Background in SW Development or Databases.
Possess strong data relationship and technical logic.
Effective project management skills.
Strong customer interaction skills
Knowledge of enterprise software products would be a plus
Ability to travel 20-30% of the time
