POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is Senior Business Analyst role with a focus in managing the data integrity and data loading within our CRM system, Salesforce.com.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Ø Provide Business Intelligence to Sales, Marketing, Business Development and other key stakeholders through the creation of Reports, Dashboards and Analyses

Ø Maintain, design and implement internal team business processes to enhance efficiency and collaboration

Ø Ensure system data imports occur in an appropriate and timely manner, including:

o Lead routing and lead assignment rules

o Campaign history

o Campaign member and lead source updates

Ø Ensure system rules and set-ups are in alignment with the current sales structure, including:

o Inputting of Territory hierarchy changes

o Maintain Sharing rules for selling and account teams

o Updating Sales Process Visualizer

o Processing opportunity and account ownership changes

Ø Ensure data integrity of Lead & Lead task information in Salesforce.com

o Mass reassignment of leads

o General data cleansing

o Running various de-duplication scenarios

Ø Provide leadership and guidance to the system support team

EDUCATIONAL/SKILL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum Qualifications:

Ø Experience conducting data imports and managing data integrity in Saleforce.com

Ø Strong organizational skills

Ø Experience leading off-shore resources in a decentralized setting

Ø Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of progressive relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Ø Experience with Microsoft SQL and SSIS packages

Ø Experience working with 3^rd party demographic data vendors
