Sr. Business Systems Analyst - Finance Responsibilities: Evaluate, validate, and incorporate and document product change orders throughout the software development life cycle. Identifies and implements resolution to problems with design processes so as to ensure software quality. Works with Product Management to identify and implement processes that facilitate the transformation of business requirements into successful product designs. Directs requirements prioritization. Leads requirements analysis/verification, ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable, and that they conform to standards. Facilitates design reviews/inspections of work product documents derived from requirements specifications to ensure that the requirements were interpreted correctly. Possesses a mastery of contemporary requirements analysis, specification, verification, and management practices and the ability to apply them in practice. Possesses a mastery of how to formulate detailed design specifications (e.g. use cases, user interface specifications, technical designs) according to software development life cycles in a team environment Drives the evolution/implementation of product development processes and tools. Participates in formulation of project plans, including creating estimates for product design efforts. Leads the assessment of project status in the area of product design. Mentors team members. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. 5 years relevant experience. Knowledge of product management concepts and how enterprise software products are positioned and developed. Knowledge in Finance and Accounting Certified Public Accountants (CPA) are Preferred Exposure to and understanding of key business processes associated with Finance and Accounting. Understands requirements analysis, specification, and verification practices and the ability to apply them in practice. Knowledge of how enterprise software products are positioned and developed. Modeling skills - to represent requirement and design information in graphical forms that augment textual representations. Applicants must be willing to work in McKinley Hill,Taguig City.
