As a Senior C# and JavaScript Developer, you will utilize your Microsoft technology skills to
contribute to the construction of an extremely high volume transactional system supporting online
advertisement networks. You will be actively involved in contributing to all aspects of the
application development lifecycle from understanding requirements, to collaborating on technical
direction, through delivering innovative products to the marketplace, and helping clients integrate
into our application.
Position
Specifically, your primary role will be to:
? Design and develop web integration points through a variety of technologies including C#
web services, JSON, JavaScript, and others
? Design and develop application features with the goals of maximizing performance,
scalability, maintainability, quality, and extensibility
? Develop code using established programming methodologies
? Use your experience and creativity to find new ways to solve business problems
? Work with development team to teach and learn best practices through code reviews and
collaboration
? Engage in Agile team practices such as backlog grooming, release planning, sprint
planning, daily scrum meetings, and working towards incremental value producing feature
construction
? Document code and processes clearly
? Develop unit tests and quality assurance procedures
? Ensure data integrity and quality
? BA or BS in Computer Science or related degree
Qualifications
? 5+ years experience Microsoft Visual Studio, C#, and JavaScript
? 5+ years experience with database systems, including Oracle or MySQL
? Demonstrated experience working in high volume online applications
? Demonstrated experience working on large projects
? Hands-on, motivated self-starter with ability to take direction and manage tasks with
minimal supervision within an energized, collaborative and entrepreneurial environment
? Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and listening skills
? Innovative and creative, able to champion new ideas and initiatives with attention to detail
? Flexible and resourceful
? Online Advertisement domain experience
