As a central point of contact for Channel Marketing, you are comfortable with ambiguously defined problems, big challenges, and can balance strategic thinking with tactical, detailed execution.
Develops overall partner marketing program positioning and messaging (partner ecosystem naming/branding, requirements, benefits including MDF, rebates, deal reg, etc.)
Implements, manages and monitors marketing development fund program, promotions, deal registration, rebates, incentive and rewards program to drive loyalty and accelerate sales growth.
Owns content and communications strategy for the partner portal/webinar program/email and social communications/newsletter.
Provides regular reporting on channel marketing investments.
Builds and maintains ongoing communications with the regional sales VP?s and directors, field marketing peers and account executives.
Communicates with Channel Sales in order to gain buy-in, understanding and participation in marketing programs.
6+ years of experience in a channel marketing or strategic partner marketing role, working directly with sales leadership to develop and execute upon a strategy
Experience with sales operations, reporting, marketing & campaign dashboards and KPIs
Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills
Strong ability to influence others and work collaboratively with other departments
Proven track record working under pressures of time and uncertainty
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to earn trust and respect from channel sales management
Detail oriented, excellent analytical abilities
High energy, self-directed, team player
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, lead by example and achieve extraordinary results
Familiarity with dynamics, motivations and business models of a diverse set of value added resellers.
Knowledge of enterprise mobility technology and industry fundamentals and trends a plus.
Strong business and marketing fundamentals.
Ability to travel minimally 25%
